Micah Briarmoon was raised in Janesville, Wisconsin, where he attended Craig High School and competed in cross-country, swim, and track. As a senior, he qualified for the state cross-country meet, an experience that taught him discipline, endurance, and finishing strong.

After graduation, Micah traveled with the Celestial Circus, performing comedic and educational shows at Renaissance festivals, summer camps, and elementary schools across the country. He connected with audiences of all ages and discovered a love for entertaining while expanding his imagination.

Committed to his community, Micah returned to Janesville, where he worked with the YWCA’s before and after school program while attending the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He ran for city council, founded the Guide Language Center, and taught middle school ESL. His work focused on communication, growth, and helping people expand their world.

Micah married in 1998 and is the father of two. He spent twelve years overseas as a student and a teacher, becoming fluent in Thai. His time in Japan and Thailand influenced his worldview and creative voice. Living in cultures that honored ancestors, valued spiritual awareness, and embraced unseen guidance helped him explore human connection. Those experiences play a central role in The Ascension Series.

Today, Micah lives in Kirkland, Washington and works as a FedEx delivery driver. The long, quiet routes provide the mental space where characters take shape, plots unfold, and entire worlds are built.
Author of a supernatural saga, he explores spiritual connection, redemption, and the unseen threads that bind humanity together. His work reflects a lifelong fascination with perseverance, storytelling, leadership, and the currents beneath everyday life.
